Woolworths Produce Training Course 2024

Over the years, we have seen a keen interest in running a training course in line with the Current Produce and Staging DC audit requirements.

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a Virtual Produce Workshop.

We will be giving insight into the background of Woolworths Core Produce requirements, the interpretation thereof and how to implement them within the food industry – this includes the application of the new Core Plus requirements for sites that cut veg for all Primary and Secondary Food Manufacturers that supply Woolworths.

This intensive 2-day course will cover all the requirements for Food Safety and Quality which is in line with local and global best practices.

This Core Produce and Staging DC course is aimed at all production and technical staff tasked with management and implementation of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in core produce facilities.

Key topics will include

  • Advanced Load Shedding

  • Food Safety Risk Assessments

  • Use of AI in Food Safety Risk Assessments (Risks and Rewards)

  • Hygienic Engineering

  • HACCP/TACCP/VACCP

  • Advancements in Listeria Management

  • Core Plus Requirements and Field Packing

Information to Note

As these Workshops will be run virtually, in order to participate, you will only need to have the following in place for the full duration of the course:

  • Good internet connectivity

  • A good functioning camera

  • Back-up access to the online platform should your laptop /PC fail or experience loadshedding on the day.
