Every year IBL Africa (Pty) Ltd runs a three-day course. Much of the course relates to Woolworths Hygiene and Housekeeping Codes of Practice and gives an insight into the background as to our requirements, interpretation and how to implement them within the food industry.

The emphasis of the course content is on practical hygiene standards with time being spent by groups of delegates working on projects, which are based on actual incidents of common factory hygiene and safety problems.

The course has been designed for production, engineering and technical /quality assurance personnel including all levels of management.
